For me, a Mexican restaurant with authentic street tacos is perfectly delicious every time. Tacos are not only a tasty dish, but also a symbol of Mexican culture and a way of tradition that has been passed down through generations. Considering the time, it takes to prep the meat, salsas, and toppings, it’s easy to notice the care and attention put into each taco. Having worked in a restaurant where tacos are made, I have experienced close up the time, effort, and love that can go into making street tacos. The fact that Mexican tacos are widely enjoyed in the U.S as well as many other countries tells us the influence of the food and how it can reach people of different cultures and also spread knowledge of its own culture.
